Warning: The info on this page is only meant for those who are looking to machine their own Autococker parts. This information is not directly from WGP but seems to be rather accurate according to those who have used it.
Valve Retaining Nut (Inside gun body) - 5/8"-18 15/16" long hollow lock screw.
Valve locking nut (On underside of gun body) - 5/16"-24 1/4" long Screw.
Cocking rod hex knob - 5/16" OD 10-32 threaded hex standoff, 3/4" long.
Grip Frame Screw Anchor - 1/4" OD 8-32 brass threaded hex standoff, 1/2" long.
(Grip Frame spacing is 4.125" between holes).
ASA Screw - 1/4" 12 point bolt. Use 1/4" 12 point socket to remove.
Sear Lug - 1/4"-28 x 1/2" setscrew, with first 3/16" turned down just narrower than the slot in the 'cocker body.
Rams - Pre-'96 used 5-40, Newer uses 6-32 for pump arm/shaft.
Ram nose is threaded 5/16"-24
3-Way - 15/32"-32
Front Block Screw - 3/8"-24 for pre 2000, 9/16"-24 for 2000 and newer.
Pneumatics Regulator - 1/8" NPT
Velocity Adjuster - 3/4"-16 (threaded velocity adjuster found on 98 and newer cockers only)
Ball detente - 3/8"-24
Barrel Threads - 15/16"-20, Oversize GH-7 (tap drill is 15/16" minus 46-50 thousandths)
All of these dimensions were taken from here. I have not checked with WGP if these are correct, and I am not a machinist, however others seem to agree with these numbers, namely those at www.docsmachine.com's forums.
